Paving Pellet ™ Licensee Information

Our Paving Pellet technologies solve many problems for your customers, and they are cost-effective. They are the most environmentally-friendly and safest method of transporting asphalt bitumen binders. Smaller and remote projects are possible as well as large ones.

Any hot mix plant can make quality hot or warm mix using our pellets, while experiencing significant savings in reduced heating costs, and the ability to use standard transportation for bitumen (bulk in cans, hopper railcars, etc.). There are no VOC emissions nor burn incidents during storage and shipping. The end product hot or warm mix asphalt has superior properties imparted by the additives used in the pelleting, including wet process ground tire rubber, lime and polymers.

We provide a turnkey solution for our licensees, including the equipment ready to be set up, instructions and expertise for producing the pellets. We also supply the information needed to use the pellets in all situations—from standard hot mix plant, warm mix production, remote portable plants, to small pothole patching units.

We’ve worked with industry experts to develop and adapt mix design and testing procedures for our unique products. And we have a spreadsheet to help you determining the various contents and percentages.

This Material Safety Data Sheet contains environmental, health and toxicology information for your employees. It also contains information to help you meet community right-to-know/emergency response reporting requirements under SARA Title III and other laws. If you resell this product, this MSDS is to be given to the buyer, or the information should be incorporated in your own MSDS.
